Étape 1
Indiquez le nom de la personne pour qui vous souhaitez dédier cette sadaqa qu’elle soit vivante, malade ou défunte.
Étape 2
Nos équipes locales réalisent la place d’ablution dans une mosquée partenaire, avec suivi et validation de chaque étape.
Étape 3
Une fois la construction terminée, vous recevez la vidéo du projet et le certificat nominatif confirmant la sadaqa réalisée.

Le projet s'est fait en toute transparence, j'ai ete emue de voir le résultat, cependant il est dit que mentionnez ( ecrire) le nom du defunt n'est pas permis ( merci à vous de ne plus mentionner les noms des defuns si cela n'est pas légiféré) , cela est mon seul regret, qu'Allah agréé cette sadaka malgré cela , Barakallah fikkoum

You people are highly unresponsive, and some delays I can understand due to the nature of your work and the regions you work in. But It was way past its deadline and on top of that, when I asked for an update, it took you forever to reply. I don't think I'll be recommending you to anyone, and I highly doubt that I will be using your services any more. Please do better.
I purchased the option to deposit a mushaf in makkah twice.. One for my mother and one for my father. The video showed the exact same mushaf placed first with dedication for my father then moments later with dedication for my mother. The exact same people were seen in the background (rawdah area) of both videos lying and sitting. If genuine then the second mushaf ought to have been placed on top of the first but that had gone and the same one was put down. I emailed to report this concern but did not receive any satisfactory explanation. Very disappointed and now also concerned about the wheelchair and omrah badal I paid for as well.
Was incredibly moved by seeing the children receive the goods on behalf of my grandfather. Made my parents cry. Customer service also replied right away whenever I needed help.

these guys are doing something which we could not do for our parents while we were there when they were alive or we are outside of Saudi Arabia to perform what is required, whatever the reason may be. Apricate the people who can do it on your parent's behalf and you fund it; it's a great feeling. It is a Sadaka Jariya for your parents or loved ones. Thank You

The certificate did not have the name on of the person who did the. good deed. The video was very short and could not really see the outcome of the family being given the tent. That would have been nice to see.
A bit not sure at first due to no communication. But was advise to check my spam, and there it is !the many missed email!:). I saw the video provided as proof of my order in the name of my late Mother. Jazzakallah Khairan kathira. Choosing to do this for my father’s health was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The experience was exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier that I did it. The video was incredibly touching and beautifully created.

It would have been better if it wasn’t a paper that could be easily torn or replaced especially considering its cost. Nonetheless I’m pleased it was delivered and both sides had good intentions. Alhamdulillah
The act is noble, but it is not for us. However, I expected to receive a certificate, some kind of record, an indication of the location. Something to remind us of our loved one and what exists for them. In this respect, Mysadaka did not go far enough in my opinion. Nevertheless, the memory of the deceased has been respected.
